  • How can I tell if this, or any, website is legitimate?
           Shopping online can be fun and rewarding, but there are a few basic things you should know before you begin. Follow these tips to shop smart and stay safe on any website.

  • LH, RH, IS, OS, PU, What do they mean?
           These terms are an effort to make less words on a page so that you can "skim" to the exact part you are looking for. LH = Left Hand (Driver Side), RH = Right Hand (Passenger Side), IS = Inside, OS = Outside, PU = Pickup, ect. With a basic understanding of the "code" used one can easily read our catalog. If you have a question, please, call or e-mail us. We will be glad to help.

  • What if my part is the wrong color or doesn't fit?
           Within 30 days of the date of purchase, contact us and we will arrange to have the item picked up. We will compare your product to the same item in stock. If it is found to be defective a replacement will be sent at no charge to you. If it is found that the item is made to the correct specifications we will contact you with an offer to resend or credit you minus our costs to pick-up the item. Many products we sell come in several colors. If your order a "blue" part and recieve a "red" part for example, obviously that is our fault and will be corrected at no cost to you. However, if your order is for grey and we send the only grey handle color that we offer for your application you may notice some variations. Some of these variations are due to the age and wear of your part or color lot differences. We try our very best to take high quality pictures of our products so that you will not be surprised when you recieve your product.

  • What if I no longer want or need the part I ordered?
           If you should decide that you do not want an item that is still in brand new condition and has not been installed you may return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please call us first to arrange the return. Upon receipt we will credit your account or send a refund check. A 15% re-stock fee will apply. There is no refund on freight.
